My first single is finally here and its messages are timeless!  We’ve all had experiences in life when everything seems to be going great, but then without warning we hit a road block.  Often these “unscheduled” disappointments are attributed to either physical or mental burdens.  In my song, “God’s Promise”, these setbacks are referred to as “valleys”.  Becoming a Christian does not take these setbacks away.  In fact the Bible says,   “Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him (James 1:12).”  You are never alone.  And when all eyes are closed, God still sees.  The race of life is filled with valleys, but it’s because of the valleys that there are mountains.  Valleys prepare and actually “bridge” each blessing to blessing, mountain to mountain.  We often don’t immediately understand why, but as God’s perfect timing unfolds it becomes crystal clear as to why certain situations were allowed to take place in our lives.  God assures us if we stay close to him during the mountains AND the valleys, we will be blessed beyond our greatest expectations.  God loves blessing His children.  If you have accepted Christ as your Savior, then you know as a Christian that God has promised to never leave you.  If you have not yet made the decision to ask Jesus to come into your heart, there’s no better time than now.  It’s never too late.  It’s through Jesus’ death on the cross and His resurrection from the grave that we can claim victory in Jesus Christ!  He has already overcome!  God knows what’s best for us and though we are not worthy of His sacrifice, He welcomes us with open arms.  Because everyone is a sinner, it’s impossible to earn salvation through human effort.  So all he asks is that we accept His priceless gift by thanking Him for dying on the cross for our sins, followed by asking Him to come and live in our hearts forever.  God has made us a promise and God doesn’t break promises!  May God’s love touch you through my music. **Much thanks to my talented producer Gerry Peters!**
