My name is Becky Borne and besides my love for teaching, music is my passion.  I am extremely blessed thanks to my wonderful parents who made it priority to not only love the Lord themselves, but made sure I knew of His love too.  I decided to give my life to Jesus when I was 9 years old.  I knew I was a sinner who deserved eternal death, but I asked for God’s forgiveness.  I thanked Him for taking my place on the cross and asked Him to please come and live in my heart forever.  As a young person, knowing that God loved me actually became a “compass” for my life---spiritually, all of which helped me strive to stay on a path that would honor Him.  Since that time I have done my best to live in a way that would be pleasing to God.  Do I still make mistakes? You better believe it, but God's grace covers our inadequacies both future and past. All He asks of us is to surrender our lives to him and accept the free gift of His death on the cross. His death is the only bridge that can reunite us with Christ so we won't be eternally separated. Because we are all sinners, the only way God could save us was by giving a perfect sacrifice.  Jesus (God's son) was sent by God in the form of a sinless man to pay our debt in full by giving up his life on the cross. God promises this gift to all who ask for it. Choosing to give my life to Jesus was the most important decision I could have ever made.  You can't even imagine how much He loves you, no matter what you’ve done or how you’ve lived.  It’s never too late to ask Him to be the Lord of your life!  He desperately wants to be a part of your life and carry ever burden you’ve ever had.  The messages in my music are those of hope.  My priority as a musician is to share the hope that I know and feel so that people will experience God’s unbelievable plan He has in store for their lives.  Trust Him and He will do the impossible.
